Rum and Que's blackout black meat rub is an all natural, gluten free all purpose rub that is made in New Zealand. This rub is designed for all cuts of beef. A specifically blended seasoning that creates a flavourful bark on both long and short cooks. Just sprinkle on 2 hours before cooking.
