Double Take Salsa Co's Scotch Bonnet Mustard features on HOT ONES SEASON 11 as sauce number four. This is a Barbados inspired sauce that combines the scotch bonnet heat and yellow mustard to create a tangy flavour. This sauce has a 4/10 heat level and is great on hot dogs, grilled chicken, burgers or roast veggies.
Ingredients: Yellow Deli Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, Water, #1 Grade Mustard Seed, Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Spice, Natural Flavours, Garlic Powder), Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses), Spices.
