As seen on Hot Ones Season 13 as sauce number 4 Goat Rider is a medium heat sauce. The combination of Cayenne and roasted Capsicum gives the sauce a warm kick. Then the ghost pepper follows with an unexpected little punch. Great on steak, burgers, grilled chicken and sandwiches.
