Adoboloco Fiya Fiya

Fiya Fiya is another one of Adoboloco's great creations as seen on Hot One's Season 10 as sauce number 6. This Hawaiian style sauce has a tangy apple cider vinegar flavour but kicks it up a notch with a blend of four hot peppers including ghost, Trinidad scorpion, habanero & jalapeno. Rounded out with sea salt and garlic to add that extra bit of flavour. 

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, Chili peppers (Jalapeno, Dried Trinidad scorpion, Habanero & Ghost), Sea Salt, Garlic.
